How long will Mbeumo be out?
Bryan Mbeumo will not feature in Gameweek 16 due to an ankle injury. And he will be out for weeks, as provided by Brentford manager Thomas Frank. So he is a clear sell in FPL.
Let’s look at who are the best Mbeumo replacements for Gameweek 16 in the Fantasy Premier League.
Best Bryan Mbeumo replacements in FPL
In our order, from the best
- Saka (8.7m, Arsenal) – if you can afford an upgrade, going for Arsenal midfielder would be our number 1 move
- Bowen (7.6m, West Ham) – if you bought Mbeumo as your Bowen replacement, it could be a good idea to do the opposite now, if you a money in the bank to do so. West Ham has mix of fixtures on the horizon, but Bowen is their key man, is playing up top while Antonio is injured, so fixtures do not matter that much.
- Gordon (6m, Newcastle) – solid underlying stats, Newcastle very good offensively this season and great fixture run after GW16.
- Palmer (5.4, Chelsea) – excellent budget enabler, an option if you are looking for a way to free up some funds, but 4 of his 5 goals came from penalties
- Doucure (5.5m, Everton) – overlooked man, long-term differential, will not go to AFCON, a key man for Everton, solid underlying stats, but on 4 yellow cards.
- Kudus (6.6m, West Ham) – a differential, underlying stats are not as great, but he can be very explosive fantasy asset (shown it in UCL Fantasy and World Cup Fantasy), great fixtures
- Hwang Hee-Chan (5.7m, Wolves) – excellent form, OK fixtures, but on 4 yellow cards
